We had a great Christmas weekend in Great Bend. Lots of great food & lots of time to relax with family!

Big Christmas weekend!

The weekend before Christmas, we had quite the big weekend.

Nicole & Ryan became the proud parents of Miss Avery Grace, so we went for a quick hospital visit!

 Then, Keith & Lindsay got engaged, followed by the surprise party!

She was glowing :) 

 Of course, Brent gets to take all the credit! Mr. Matchmaker!

Puppy Teeth

Wednesday night is Wrigley's bath night, we get our stinky puppy all nice & clean. So, me being the dental dork that I am......I have started brushing her teeth, so she gets in the habit. And, it found that she has lost her first 2 puppy teeth! It was just so cute, I had to take a pic :)

She's really getting to be a good puppy, we're still having a few accidents, but she's getting the hang of it. She's just hard not to love!

Thanksgiving 2011

Happy Thanksgiving! With both sides of the family here over the weekend, we had lots of good times together! Cooking, eating, snacking, shopping, watching Husker football, bowling, game playing, playing with Wrigley, & more eating!

We finished up our year of weddings with 2 more.

We headed to Omaha for Matt & Brittany's wedding reception with our Nebraska crew. Great time! Then, a lot of time with Miss Wrigley! She is getting more comfortable & doing much better at the potty training & sleeping at night! And, another wedding in Lees Summit, Jessica, our hygienist got married.

Early Thanksgiving

We celebrated an early neighborhood Thanksgiving dinner with friends at Cavanaugh's house.  A great warm up to the holidays!

WRIGLEY IS FINALLY HERE! 

Last Friday, we drove down to Carthage, Missouri, to pick up our sweet puppy dog :) We've had an interesting few days in puppy-land: potty training, cleaning up spots, loving her, lots of wet kisses, cuddling, naps, & just trying to figure out what to do! She's a very sweet dog, but a fireball when she wants to be :) We're having lots of fun!

San Diego

We headed out to San Diego last weekend, for a quick trip & a wedding. We got to spend some time with Brent's sister Sarah & the Nebraska crew.

We bummed around on Friday, seeing a few SD sights. We hung out on Coronado Island for a few hours at the Hotel del Coronado. It was quite the hotel! We hope to spend a weekend there sometime, maybe we can round up a family vacation. :)

 Then, onto Kansas City Barbeque or AKA the "Top Gun" Bar in downtown SD. They filmed parts of Top Gun there. Kind of a dive, but still fun to grab a drink there.

 Then, onto the wedding, it was great seeing all of Brent's college friends & wives! The wedding was beautiful! Great location at the Rancho Bernardo Inn! Awesome weather!

My 2 goals were to FINISH the marathon & to finish under 4:00 hours! (just squeaked under that one!) It was quite an experience.....not sure if I'll do the full marathon again, for sure a half marathon :) but who knows :)
