Happy 30th Birthday to my hubby! He's finally in the 3-O category! :) He had a pretty laid back Thursday with some golfing in the rain and a little DQ cake!

K-state game!
After a few years of not making a Kstate game, we finally planned one with the fam & the Harts. It was a beautiful September day! Not a cloud in the sky, and even better that Kstate stomped Miami. I couldn't have asked for more!
You know you're at a Kstate game, when you park in a muddy field next to sunflowers, & are tailgating :)

The End of 3705....
Well, it finally happened! The frat house sold!!! After almost a year on the market, a family of renters for about 7 months, one crazy-lady buyer & her boss/sugar daddy.....and not 1 closing but 2...you don't even want to ask, the house FINALLY SOLD! They have probably never seen so many people at a closing: 3 guys, 1 was even missing back in Nebraska, and the 2 "wives."
Goodbye 3705! We will miss you! A lot of great memories & laughs there, that we will never forget! And, because of you, I probably wouldn't have met my wonderful hubbie on Man Day :)
