Bachelorette/Golf weekend

We had a busy weekend last weekend...We celebrated my dental school friend Brandi's bachelorette party in downtown KC.

And, Brent helped run Kansas City's golf tournament, the Web.com tour (level just below the PGA guys). Awesome weather & tons of fun!

Happy Birthday, Wrigley!

Miss Wrigley Sue turned 1 on August 8th. We couldn't let our spoiled doggie celebrate her birthday without a hat and a birthday cake.  She absolutely loved the cake, and almost refused to eat her own food for a few days. :)

 

Alliance trip!

We haven't been back to Brent's hometown since Christmas of 2010....so it was definitely time to head back, and spend some time with his parents.

We were also able to stop by and visit my Grandpa Bud in North Platte. He just turned 90, and still takes his airboat out on the river and rides his motorcycle!

We were also able to visit Brent's Grandma Mona - who just turned 92! She loved Wrigley :)

We took Wrigley to the dog park in town, coincidentally named "Wiggley Field." She had a hay-day there, and slept for about the next 3 days :)

Wrigs had fun visiting her Grandparents! and even got Daryl on the ground to play with her :) guess his new hip is doing good!

And, we took a last stop at "Carhenge"
