5 months to go!

Hi all, we are rolling into 5 months before the wedding! After such a long engagement & a long "lull" period in the middle, it looks like things are picking up & starting to get busy again, as far as the wedding plans go!

We are both planning our Bachelor/Bachelorette party - it looks like Brent & 15+ guys will be going to New Orleans for a few fun-filled days on the weekend of May 14th, & Jamie & the girls will celebrate that same weekend in Kansas City, around the plaza.

This weekend, we finishing registering, by spending a few "fun" hours at Target, & I booked a consultation with a make-up artist for the wedding.

Grandpa Jim (Thurman) also came up to Kansas City for a nice dinner out with Ryan, Katie, Brent & I. It was fun seeing him - not sure if he enjoyed the overly crowded, long wait, at a Kansas City restaurant on a Saturday night, but he did awesome for being 85!

Next up, buying our wedding rings!
