Last Saturday, Brent & I did a small 5K race in nearby Olathe. I found this race on one of my many running emails, and once I checked out the website, I knew that this race was something I had to do. And, Brent even wanted to do it! It's not very often BT wants to run :)
This race was to honor the memory of all angel babies lost. Check out the website and the stories.
I think it was theraputic & healing for both of us, and possibly something we might do every year. It was even fun running the 5k cross country course, kind of took me back to my XC times :)
